At Anchor House we believe that establishing trust and transparency with residents, staff, partners and donors is critical to on-going success.
Staff and volunteers work together across various disciplines to develop and deliver programs for residents to develop their aspirations, confidence and self-esteem and to enable them to move towards leading self-fulfilling independent and sustainable lives.
We have effective governance procedures to ensure that outcomes are measured and monitored all programs are subject to judicious formal assessment by senior management and delivery management staff.
This ensures that documented quantitative and qualitative evidence is available for donors / stakeholders as to the return on their investment in enabling Anchor House and its residents achieve their objectives.
